Als bei Sascha das Multiple Myelom diagnostiziert wird, beginnt für ihn eine intensive Zeit, in der er zahllose Therapien durchläuft. In diesem Video erzählt er, wie er mit seiner Diagnose umgeht und wie offene Kommunikation ihn auf seinem Weg unterstützt hat.

Inzwischen gibt es neue Entwicklungen: Die letzte Knochenmarkspunktion hat gezeigt, dass keine Spuren des Krebses mehr nachweisbar sind – er ist aktuell MRD-negativ (Minimale Resterkrankung/Minimal Residual Disease). Das ist das bestmögliche Ergebnis und bedeutet laut Studien eine sehr gute Chance auf rund zwei Jahre progressionsfreie Zeit.
